I am shocked...it really puts me in a dilemma now...whom to believe? Doctors in India encourage self examination of breasts in females very much, still most women tend to ignore this until situation becomes too serious to take notice of. Now this news will again give rise to a fresh series of controversy regarding cancer research.

then there is this chance of false alarms. though false alarms are good because it shows that you are on your toes. i guess a six-monthly visit to the doctor is far better than those almost daily checks by the obsessed.

Eye opener research for common myth that women can do self examination of their breast reliably. On the contrary this self examination can prove counter productive.
