From my understanding of the Instablogs concept - what is being done at Instablogs is to journalism what wikipedia is to encyclopedias. It is an admirable project.

Yeah, the change is definitely welcome, in fact it is thanks to internet journalism that one gets news about anything and everything at just the click of a mouse.

No culture can grow if it attempts to be exclusive, so true and media prevents such stagnation. Kudos to online journalism for giving global public a platform to make judgements after having heard all sides of the story. It not only spells out utmost comfort for the reader but is also combating the never-ending problem of unreasonal prejudices simply as a result of media misrepresentation.

Internet is changing Journalism for sure and more so because it gives an active platform to not only read but even voice ones opinion just as we do here. People are pouring in from all corners of the world to have their opinions voiced which is an important ingredient in establishing world harmony. Over the next few years it would be interesting to see the evolvement of this growing trend.

I think this very page stands as a testimony to the unity in diversity that is coming through online media these days, it sees people from Canberra, Birmingham, Simla, Jaipur, Bangalore and Bombay express opinions about a certain issue and fortunately validating my fact, we all stand united. Kudos!
