France played an active role in the 1994 Rwanda genocide, the Rwandan Government said in a report unveiled overnight, naming French political and military officials it says should be prosecuted.

Quite interesting, Graeme. It used to be just French military and diplomatic support. So, it was vicarious. Now, there’s evidence that French military actually conducted the killings.

This is new.

It’s payback time.The seats at the International Tribunal are still warm.
