I am saddened by this as I have 5 yr old twin boys . I cant imagine watching them suffer till their dead. That just insane. I think they should be charged with murder.

They are being dealt with in the courts right now. This sort of case is rushed through the system so they can expect to have a trial soon. People who do this sort of thing are, quite frankly, very lucky if they survive the prison experience alive.
