Twins' deaths prompt community soul-searching

They died 10 days ago but their deaths were only brought to the attention of authorities on Monday.
The twins were not known to child protection agencies in Queensland, but questions are being asked about why no-one acted sooner.

I am saddened by this as I have 5 yr old twin boys . I cant imagine watching them suffer till their dead. That just insane. I think they should be charged with murder.

They are being dealt with in the courts right now. This sort of case is rushed through the system so they can expect to have a trial soon. People who do this sort of thing are, quite frankly, very lucky if they survive the prison experience alive.
